Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How Plans Work

RxSetu offers fixed-duration subscription plans (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annual) that provide access to premium medicine search and stockist discovery features. Plans are purchased as one-time payments and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you manually purchase a new plan.

All pricing, plan duration, and features are displayed clearly on the payment screen before you confirm. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited.

2. General Refund Policy

Plan purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. This is because plan benefits (search access, stockist data) are immediately available upon payment confirmation.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

• Duplicate payment — your account was charged more than once for the same plan period.
• Platform-side technical failure — payment was deducted but plan access was not activated due to a confirmed error on our end.
• Payment disputed — a billing dispute is raised and supported by verifiable records from Razorpay or your bank.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial usage of a plan period, or business circumstances unrelated to RxSetu's platform performance.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the payment date at rxsetuinfo@gmail.com with your registered phone number or email, the transaction date, and the Razorpay payment reference ID.

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, we initiate the refund through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

6. Plan Cancellation

Since RxSetu plans do not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your plan access will simply end at the expiry date shown in the app. If you wish to stop using RxSetu entirely, you can request account deletion via our Account Deletion page.
