1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RxSetu application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. About the Service

RxSetu is a B2B search and discovery platform for pharmacy and retail businesses. It enables users to search for medicines, locate stockists in their city or region, and access pharmaceutical company information to support procurement decisions. RxSetu does not sell, supply, or deliver medicines directly.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by pharmacy owners, retail businesses, and procurement professionals. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to enter into contracts under Indian law to use this Service. By using RxSetu, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at rxsetuinfo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Access to premium search features requires an active subscription plan. Plans are offered for a fixed duration (e.g. monthly, quarterly, or annual) and do not auto-renew. When your plan expires, your access to premium features will end until you manually purchase a new plan.

Plan pricing, duration, and included features are displayed clearly before you confirm payment. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, plan purchases are non-refundable once access is activated, except in cases of duplicate payment or confirmed platform-side technical failure.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from RxSetu without written permission.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or misleading information.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and data within the RxSetu platform are the property of RxSetu and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. No content from RxSetu may be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all medicine and stockist information displayed will be complete or up to date. Users should independently verify information before making procurement decisions. RxSetu is not responsible for business decisions made based on information retrieved through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RxSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription plan in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. If your account is terminated for a violation, no refund will be issued for the remaining plan period.

You may request account deletion at any time by following the process described on our Account Deletion page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
